Aempower Profile provides an efficient, online means for employees to update demographic information, such as name, marital status, home address, emergency contact, etc. In addition to demographics, employees can change their tax parameters – information usually manually submitted through a W-4 form – online. No more completing a paper form and waiting for someone else to key updates into the ERP system.
