Aempower Profile provides an efficient, online means for employees to update demographic information, such as name, marital status, home address, emergency contact, etc. In addition to demographics, employees can change their tax parameters – information usually manually submitted through a W-4 form – online. No more completing a paper form and waiting for someone else to key updates into the ERP system. The self-service offered by Aempower Profile increases data accuracy, while reducing centralized processing costs and management overhead.

Aempower Profile can also collect information that is not currently tracked in the legacy ERP system. For example, it captures alternate email addresses and phone numbers for employees, and stores the information in one central employee directory. This directory drives all employee-based processing, and as such, can be used to automatically populate a state- or agency-wide work phone directory that is always current and maintenance free.
